Would've wanted to give an "official" critique, but perhaps you accept it in this free form as well... Here goes anyway. First of all I like the white background, it's a welcome alternative to all the dark bondage-themed photos out there. It also works extremely well with the contrasting shadows on your back! Still, the photo has a good dynamic range of grays. I'm sure it has more than 50 shades, in fact

Secondly, your dark hair and black pants frame the picture beautifully, and even though the fabric is black, there is enough light to show the texture and even the tiny red tag. Those details make the picture more believable, for otherwise the heavy contrast and softness make it look almost like a painting. Oh, and thanks for not airbrushing over the slight "imperfections" on your skin! They make you look real, and thus make the photo much much more enticing! Perhaps a bit more shadow on your face would have given it even more of a mystic feel? It would've hidden your facial expression, which now seems quite calm from what we can see.

Thirdly, the pose is perfect! The asymmetry works incredibly well and brings movement into the photo. Especially the fingers on your left hand leave the viewer thinking: are you trying to escape? Do you enjoy it, or do you want to fight back? Are you succumbed? I actually tried to watch out for marks or bruises that might give an answer. It's rare to have such a story behind a picture like this, but you certainly managed!
